Our motorcycle rental service includes a helmet for the driver, Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance (RCO), Voluntary Civil Liability Insurance (RCV), Personal Accident Insurance for the driver and unlimited kilometres.

You need to come with your passport or identity card, a credit/debit card to pay a security deposit and your driving license. To rent a motorcycle with Rent Electripower you must be in possession of a valid driving license and valid under the laws of the related country.

To drive electric motorcycle approved as 45 or 125 cm3, with a maximum load capacity of 150 kilograms and whose electric motor develops at most a power of 11 kW (14.75 hp) you need to have a driving license class A1 or class B with more than three years old.

Yes, You need to pay a security deposit of 300 € for the motorcycle. The deposit can only be paid by credit card.

Yes, as long as they have the corresponding second helmet. There is an additional charge for this.

Yes. When delivering the motorcycles, the different drivers must be present with the necessary documentation to be included in each corresponding contract.

No. It is strictly forbidden to ride a motorbike without a helmet. Both rider and passenger must wear a properly fitted and strapped helmet on all types of motorbikes.

You are ONLY covered by Compulsory Civil Liability (RCO), Voluntary Civil Liability (RCV), Personal Accident of the driver and insurance subsidy for hospitalisation due to a traffic accident (under 60 years of age)*.

* HOSPITALISATION ALLOWANCE DUE TO ACCIDENT

The insurer will compensate the daily amount stipulated for each night of hospitalisation, provided that it is due to a traffic accident with the insured motorbike with the registration number indicated in the particular conditions and covered in the policy. The
maximum benefit will be a maximum of 90 nights and the calculation will be established per night (see particular conditions).

Regarding the damage that may be caused to the motorbike, or the theft of the same, you have to pay the amount indicated:

The insurance which is already included in the rental price covers third party damages. Additionally, it also includes road assistance inside specific radius outside the shop. The damages on the scooter or theft are covered with a excess from 600€ to 4000€, depending on scooter type. All the accessories (helmets, top case, GPS, gloves, lock etc.) are not covered by the insurance and are paid apart in case of loss or damage.

Yes. You can purchase an extra coverage in a case of damages or theft of the motorcycle.

Apart from excess reduction additional insurance has other benefits, such as coverage of wheel puncture, vehicle replacement in case of incident, possibility of booking cancellation, extended assistance (do you have a problem with your moto? We pay a taxi for you (max 50€) and others*. Vehicle theft is NOT included in this coverage.

*Extras and batteries/chargers (in the case of electric motorcycles) are NOT included in the coverage.

It is necessary to send an email to info@rentelectripower.com requesting the modification of the booking at least 48 hours before the start of the contracted booking.

Modifications will not be accepted with less than 48 hours' notice.

Our cancellation policy is the following:

  • If the renter cancels his reservation more than 24 hours prior to the pick-up date, a refund of the paid amount will be made (100%)
  • If the renter cancels the reservation less than 24hours prior to the pick-up date, no refund will be made.

The person responsible for the rental has to report any changes to the contract in advance. This must be done directly by telephone to the shop where the rental was made. As stated in the terms and conditions of the rental contract, Rent Eletripower will charge 50€ as a penalty plus the cost of the extra time if the motorbike is returned late without prior notice. It is illegal to drive a rented motorbike after the contract has expired.

In case you want to extend the contract, you must inform the shop to make a new contract, which can be picked up at the shop or sent by email.

Unfortunately, no. Once started the rental the amount paid will not be refunded. We do not make money refunds if the renter returns the motorcycle (or/and extras) before the date and time mentioned in the contract.

Yes, we offer the possibility of long-term rentals, i.e. by the month.

TURBO mode is mainly for dual batteries, and can only be used when the battery level of the dual batteries > 45%.

Single battery can not be used.

The speed of the car is <45KM/H.
